Why replace the visitor register with a visitor management system

A paper visitor register is slow, hard to read and easy to fake. A visitor management system (VMS) records visitors digitally and controls where they can go.

How it works

1. The host invites the visitor, or the visitor checks in at reception or a kiosk.
2. The system records the name, phone, photo and ID details, and notifies the host.
3. The visitor gets a printed badge or a QR pass that can open lobby barriers.
4. Check-out is recorded when the visitor leaves.
