Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Every order is confirmed in a written quotation with the exact model and quantity before supply, so please check the quotation carefully before you confirm the order.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. If a product is faulty within the warranty period, contact us and we will handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water or electrical damage, or tampering.
Delivery and installation
We deliver across Delhi NCR and India. Delivery inside Delhi NCR is free. Installation, cabling and civil work are quoted separately after a free site survey, unless your quotation says otherwise.
