Where a visitor management system helps in Noida
A visitor management system (VMS) replaces the paper register at the gate or reception. The guard or a self-service kiosk captures the visitor’s name, mobile number, photo and ID, the host approves the visit on the phone, and a printed or QR pass is issued. Every entry and exit is saved, so you can search who came, whom they met and when they left. How it works in general is on our visitor management system page. In Noida we set it up at:
- IT and ITES offices in Sector 62, Sector 63, Sectors 125–135 along the Noida Expressway and Sectors 142–144, often with several tenants sharing one lobby and staff working in shifts.
- Media houses and studios around Film City (Sector 16A), where guests, crews and audiences arrive at all hours and need quick passes.
- High-rise societies, where delivery staff, cabs and guests are approved by the resident before the guard lets them in.
- Schools, coaching centres and hospitals, which need a record of every parent, vendor and visitor.
- Factories in the Phase 2 and Phase 3 industrial areas and the Noida SEZ, where contractors, drivers and auditors need a pass, a safety induction record and an exit time.
Points we plan for
- Peak hours at the gate. Delivery boys, cabs and walk-in visitors arrive together in the morning and evening. QR pre-registration by the host and a fast guard app keep the queue short; a kiosk at reception lets regular visitors check in themselves.
- Host approval. The host gets the visitor’s photo and purpose on the phone and approves or rejects it, so the guard does not have to call around.
- Linking to entry. The QR pass can open a flap barrier or door for that visit only and stop working after it, so passes cannot be reused.
- Shared lobbies. In multi-tenant towers each company approves only its own visitors, while the building security sees everyone inside.
- Visitor data and consent. Visitor photos, ID and mobile numbers are personal data. We set who can see the records, how long they are kept, and a consent line on the check-in screen, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Power and network. The gate tablet or kiosk needs steady power and internet; we plan a backup so check-in does not stop during an outage.
What supply, installation and AMC include
- Site survey of gates and receptions, visitor types and peak hours.
- Supply of the software, guard tablet or kiosk, pass printer, camera and ID scanner as needed.
- Setup of hosts, departments, approval rules, pass formats and reports, and links to flap barriers, door access or the boom barrier at the vehicle gate.
- Training for guards and reception, and AMC support afterwards.

Questions from Noida buyers
Do you install visitor management systems in Noida?
Yes. We supply, set up and maintain visitor management systems for offices, societies, schools, hospitals and factories across Noida and Greater Noida, with links to flap barriers, doors and boom barriers where needed.
Can visitors get a QR code before they arrive?
Yes. The host can pre-register a visitor, who receives a QR pass on the phone and shows it at the gate or kiosk. The pass can be valid only for that day and that gate.
Can one system serve several companies in the same building?
Yes. Each tenant approves its own visitors, while the building security sees all visitors inside and the reports.
Is visitor data safe?
We limit who can see visitor records, set how long they are kept and add a consent line at check-in, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
